St. Martin’s Goose Feast at Malevil | 11–15 November 2026
Join us for a St. Martin’s goose feast! From 11 to 15 November, we’ll be serving a special seasonal menu at Malevil, featuring everything from traditional roast goose leg to goose tacos.
Start with a traditional Czech goose soup, goose liver pâté with pear chutney, or a goose croquette with pickled pear. For your main course, choose roast goose leg with potato dumplings, sliced bread dumplings and braised cabbage with apple and pear, or goose tacos served in a potato flatbread with cabbage and crispy goose cracklings. Finish on a sweet note with pear tarte Tatin.
